Crystal D’Cunha is an award-winning entrepreneur, accomplished Senior Executive, Consultant, Sales Professional and Customer Experience Thought Leader with more than 22 years of success in the retail, construction, non-profit, hospitality, and e-commerce industries. Leveraging extensive experience with strategic innovation, personnel issues, and employee engagement, Crystal is a valuable asset to companies seeking guidance on leadership development, talent management, creative recruitment and engaging spirited results. As a former executive, Crystal spent nearly two decades in the corporate world directing, coaching and leading sales forces valued more than $50 million. She won the 2016 “40 Under 40” business achievement Award, and was nominated in 2016 and 2017 for the Women in Business award. Her company has seen an average of 80% YoY increase in Sales and an average of 90%+ YoY organizational engagement increase for the clients she services. Throughout her career, Crystal has held leadership positions with Mountainview Homes, NYGARD International, Danier Leather, and Planet Hollywood International. With Mountainview, she credits her team for winning the 2011 “AVID Customer Experience Award," and Crystal won dozens of Sales Leadership Awards and set new standards during her 13-year tenure with Danier Leather.
Crystal attended York University and Brock University with a focus on Business/Corporate Communications. She is Certified as a John Maxwell Leadership Coach & Keynote Speaker. Crystal is a Member of the Canadian Sales Professional Association and the Customer Experience Professional Association, as well as being a chair of the YWCA Capital Campaign in Niagara and several other international associations. Crystal's certifications in human behavior change is customized to have a broad scope: from training with the Disney Institute, the Ritz Carlton company, Oprah Winfrey, and the legendary Tony Robbins, all have contributed to her expertise. She has customized her skill set to be what organizations need in today's market, always focusing on EQ development and people skills.
